Adam’s extensive background as a player, coach and trainer, make him and his company a perfect fit with our mission which is to help any athlete, anywhere, in any sport, who has the desire and ability to, “Compete at the Next Level”.

The Salisbury School – Boys Varsity Soccer Aug 2009 – Present
Head Coach – Manage & Train the Boys Varsity Soccer Team with the goals of developing skills, game tactics, as well as providing a healthy experience in soccer.
AM Sports, Inc Owner November 2004 – December 2008
- Individual, Small Group & Team Training by Appointment
(Soccer & Tennis) - Obtained Licensing Agreement to run “No. 1 Soccer Camps”
Nationwide (As Seen Below)
No. 1 Soccer Camps Regional Director Jan. 2004 – Dec. 2008
- Coordinated, marketed and executed the top ranked residential soccer camp in the country at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
- Worked directly with the national No. 1 Camp Staff including the Vice President of Major League Soccer (the creator and owner of the camp) concerning curriculum and policies.
- Traveled to sites around the country to direct camps throughout the summer
Team Dynamics, LLC MD. Director January 2004 – Aug. 2008
- Oversaw the introduction and execution of team soccer camps in Maryland for the leading soccer education business in the Mid-Atlantic Region
- Served as the Assistant Coach of the Delaware Future, Women’s Premier Soccer League.
- Worked & trained under Owner & World Class Coach, Matt Driver.
Wesley College Assist. Coach & Goalkeeper Coach 2006 Season
- Worked with the teams on tactical play.
- Trained the Men’s & Women’s Goal Keepers on a regular basis.
- Starting Keepers for both teams received 1st Team All Conference Honors.
