Ryan Gaines HS -College Player now College Coach. In 2012, I began my college search with absolutely no guidance and understanding of the recruitment process. I was always under the assumption that by simply playing well on a good team, you will be noticed. This was not the case. I was receiving almost no interest for both football and baseball and my on field product was not enough. When my family and I started working with Mark to put together a profile with a skills video and game footage, it was evident that Mark was invested in me and helping me find a great fit for college.
Now in 2020, I am in my fourth season as a college baseball coach and have seen the other side to recruitment. Many recruiting services can provide exposure, but CHAMPS is a service that is personalized. Mark does a great job collecting video that highlights a student-athlete’s abilities and reaches out to colleges that could be a good potential fit. As a recruiter, I trust his judgement and will continue to use CHAMPS Inc. as a means of finding talented student-athletes.
