Scouting Report: Devon Dabney, 5′ 9″ 130 lbs. Class of 2013, St. Pius X High School, Atlanta, GA. Currently ranked 16th in the state of Georgia in swimming.   Multiple sport athlete who chose to concentrate on swimming beginning her junior year in preparation for swimming in college. Swims on SR1 group at Dynamo Swim Team Atlanta, Ga.  Drive, dedication, and determination are characteristics that define Devon and set her apart from her fellow athletes. High School Swim Coach Scott Cater says of Devon, ” She has proven to be one of the hardest workers on our swim team and she is tenacious in both individual events and relays.  Her teammates regularly count on her to anchor their relays in close meets.

In 2011 and 2012 Devon represented the USA at the PATCO Pan American Championships held in Edmonton, Canada. Devon has been a USAT Female All American in 2009, 2010, and 2012 and a Honorable Mention in 2011.

Devon finished 5th overall in 2012 USAT Triathlon National Championship leading all participates out of the water. Devon regularly exits the water in first place in both USAT non-draft triathlons and ITU draft legal triathlons.
