College in the UK is the equivalent to the last two years of high school in the states. In high school he was the captain of an unbeaten team for the 2010 season; winning four team championships.  His versatility has enabled him to be a major contributor to his high school team guarding every position on the court and playing positions 2, 3 and 4.  Wayne can put the ball in the basket with his ball handling skills, athleticism and good mid-range shooting ability. He also has a tendency to score the ball in transition but his most outstanding attribute is his rebounding skills. Wayne can get 10 points or more alone from out hustling opponents.  He has the desire, work ethic and motivation to be a great college player.
