College in the UK is the equivalent to the last two years of high school in the states. He was the captain of an unbeaten team for the 2010 season; winning four team championships. His versatility has enabled him to be a major contributor to the team guarding every position on the court and playing positions 2, 3 and 4.

Wayne can put the ball in the basket with his ball handling skills, athleticism and good mid-range shooting ability. He also has a tendency to score the ball in transition but his most outstanding attribute is his rebounding skills. Wayne can get 10 points or more alone from out hustling opponents.
