Sansano Signs
Jen Sansano, Senior, Pitcher, Softball Standout, Clarence H.S. Clarence New York – signed a National Letter of Intent, to continue her softball career at St. Bonaventure University, St. Bonaventure, New York. Hard work and dedication has earned Jen a starting position, as a pitcher, at the Varsity level, every year she has played; at 5’ 11” with a clock speed in the 63-64 mph range (with tremendous ball movement), she’s a force to be reckoned with. Her best year ever has been 2009, Jen’s statistics are as follows: 18 W 1 L, .947 Win%, 139 IP, 541 AB, 27 RS, 10 ER, 26 BB, 247 SO, with a .504 ERA.
She has earned the following Honors: ECIC 1st Team Selection 2007,2008, and 2009 - All Western New York 1st Team 2008, 2009, All Western New York “Pitcher of the Year” 2008, All ECIC 1st Team 2008, 2009, All ECIC Pitcher of the Year 2008, 2009, All New York State 2008, 2009, Team MVP 2009 and Second Team All New York State 2008.
