Connor is a four year Varsity starter and letterman as a short stop; will continue his baseball career at Georgia Tech and was selected as a Top 25 16U All American from Travel Ball Select September 2007. Coming off of a stellar junior year that saw his team winning their region and being a state semi-finalist; Connor continued his winning ways by: breaking the school home run record (27) in only three years, batting .421, 12 HR, 41 RS, 26 RBI, 11 SB, .500 OB%, .841 SLG%, 45 H, 107 AB. As a sophomore he helped lead Wesleyan to one of its most successful seasons as State AA Runner Up and was the team leader in several offensive categories: as a lead off hitter, he led his team in runs scored, setting a school record at 48; in addition, Connor led his team in home runs at 10, batted .405, with 47 hits out of 116 AB; had an on base percentage of .481, with a slugging percentage of .784.

Defensively, he is a skilled short stop, and can play second base as well. His quick reflexes, above average arm and exceptional speed (clocked at 6.7 seconds 60 yard run) make him a “Prospect To Watch.” In addition, Connor has been a member of the well known “East Cobb Astros” where he was the starting SS and #3 hitter, while stealing 25 bases in 26 attempts, during the Summer 2006 Season. He will be competing in the 2007 Summer Ball Season as a member of the “Georgia Road Runners,” (ranked #1 in the Nation by several preseason polls) coached by Eric McQueen 678.923.4091.

Academically, Connor is as dedicated in the classroom as he is on the diamond. His GPA is 3.7 and will be taking the SAT/ACT in the coming months.
