Scouting Report - Emily is a dual sport athlete who’s accomplishments are second to none. She has been a four year Varsity Starter on a team that has made the State Sectionals four years in a row; going 3 for 3 with an RBI in Game 3 (10.21.06) of the 2006 Sectionals. Although an outfielder by trade, she has played the infield on occasion and will do whatever it takes to help her team succeed. Her hard work and dedication has earned her 8 Varsity Letters; 4 Varsity Fastpitch Softball Letters & 4 Varsity Swim and Dive Team Letters.

Emily has competed with the best and has put up numbers to back that up; 2006 Regular Season – .342 BA, 27 H, 79 AB, 19 RS, 11 RBI, 3 Doubles & 24 Singles. She ended up being: 3rd in Dekalb County in Total At Bats, 4th in Dekalb County for Singles hit & 6th overall in Dekalb County for Total Hits. In a leadership capacity Emily step up this year by being a positive role model to her teammates and peers. Academically, she is as dedicated in the classroom as she has been on the diamond, illustrated by her overall GPA of 3.0 and a current Senior Year semester GPA of 3.5. Her coaches and teachers feel that she is well worth your consideration at the college level. Emily is a prospect who will add value wherever she participates.
